  1. $950,000 is a lot of money for a house. At least, for most people. Apparently this is not in MAK–I guess the “A” stands for “Adams” Street, not Ansley. So, the developer is free to demolish this home.

  2. The new home looks like a medical facility. I can totally imagine having a root canal performed there but not living in it.

  3. Correction on price: sold for $212K at courthouse steps, and then sold to builder for $340K. Easiest flip I’ve seen!
